Black Forest Glowing Skin Smoothie

Serves 1


Ingredients:

¾ cup frozen cherries

3 dates, chopped

¼ cup frozen chopped spinach

1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup milk or alternative

2 Tbsp Chia seeds


Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender in order listed above. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
